The death has occurred of Mary MOLLOY (née Tansey) Derryknockeran, Cloonloo, Boyle, Sligo, Peacefully in the loving care of Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle. Predeceased by her husband John. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Mary, family and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at Mahon's Funeral Home, Boyle Thursday from 11am until 12 noon. Removal to St.Joseph's Church, Cloonloo for Mass of Christian burial at 1pm. Funeral afterwards to Templeronan Cemetery.

ESB Tree Week will take place from 6th – 13th March 2016. A limited number of trees will be made available from the Tree Council of Ireland to Roscommon County Council for distribution to Community Groups and Schools.

Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at his home on Plunkett Avenue from 12pm-5pm Tuesday 2nd February. Removal to St. Joseph's Church, Boyle arriving at 7pm. Mass of Christian burial on Wednesday 3rd February at 11am followed by burial in Assylinn Cemetery

Valentine's Weekend in Boyle

Boyle Town Team are coordinating a marketing and promotion campaign to highlight any promotions, special offers, events, music, meal deals etc taking place in Boyle over Valentine's Weekend. "So far we have live music in some of the pubs, special menus being offered on various evenings by Boyle restaurants, competitions and special offers being run by some of our shops" The aim is to create a buzz around town that weekend, encouraging local people to come out and support Boyle businesses.

Boyle Courthouse Roof Repairs

The Built Heritage Investment Scheme has awarded €4,400 for roof repairs and other works at Boyle Courthouse. While this award is most welcome, it will be but a small amount compared to what will be required to fully repair the Courthouse. Apart from the roof, the interior of the building is in a poor state ... check the photos linked below
