Are you living with Arthritis? A representative from Arthritis Ireland
will give a talk in the Family Life Centre, Boyle on Tuesday 14th April

ART WITH BAZZ BRUSH FOR CHILDSPLAY
Art with the children at the Parent/Toddler group, where they make &
paint creative pieces for displaying or taking home. No child too young
to paint. Boyle Thursday 9th April 10am Sharp to 11am in Family Life Centre,
Boyle. Cost included in Childsplay.
SPRING CLEANING TIME AGAIN!
There is a clothing bank outside the Family Life Centre, Boyle which
accepts old clothes and bed linen, handbags, and shoes which are sent for
recycling. Your support and donations would be very much appreciated as
this helps raise funds towards the Centres programmes and community work.
WHAT IS COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY
Counselling & Psychotherapy is for anybody. Sometimes life can
be difficult for us, it can be unmanageable and challenging. Counselling can be
a great support or resource at times of crisis or difficulty in our
lives. It involves meeting with a trained professional Therapist in a
safe, confidential setting allowing you to talk about and explore life’s
challenges in a non-judgemental space. Appointments available Monday to Friday,
day and evening. Therapeutic Support for Families, Adolescents, Couples and
Individuals. The cost is on a sliding scale and is negotiable. Please contact

YOGA
Take an hour out of your day to relax and rejuvenate. Wednesdays

PILATES
Pilates improves mental and physical well-being. In addition, Pilates
increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s
‘core’ or ‘powerhouse’ or belly & lower back area. Tuesdays

A DAY OF LEARNING, FUN AND HEALING THROUGH THE FEET
A day of self-discovery and healing in a fun and gentle way with Pat
Hickey on Saturday April 18th 9.30am-4.30pm. Cost €60
Come along and join in and learn the very simple process of how to read
the many secrets that your feet contain. Foot reading appointments are
