Boyle Community Games Sports Day Reminder

The Community Games Sports Day will be held on Saturday 11th April @ 3.00pm in the Abbey College football pitch. All 1st and 2nd place winners qualify to represent Boyle at the County Finals to be held in June.
Registration will be in the complex beforehand, entry fee is €2.
Events for u8, u10, u12, u14, u16. There will also be a tiny tots race and parents races!

Boyle Garda Station / Chamber of Commerce

Representatives of Boyle Chamber of Commerce recently met with the Garda Superintendent to discuss our concerns regarding the proposed changes at Boyle Garda Station. It is planned to review the opening hours and the Chamber intends to meet again with the Superintendent in early course. However, in the meantime, we would welcome feedback from businesses and members of the public in relation to the new arrangements.

Boyle Celtic in Under 13 Final

EDDIE CONROY: "Boyle Celtic youths are through to the Sligo/Leitrim U13 league final this Saturday 11th April - Kick Off 11am. Their opponents will be Ballymote Celtic. The game will be played at the Showgrounds pitch - home of Sligo Rovers. This promises to be a very special day for the young players as Sligo Rovers rarely allow games to be played on the hallowed turf apart from their Airtricity league games. This current set of players are the reigning 2014 u12 title holders so they are bidding to retain the cup at U13s. We wish the team the very best of luck and if you're looking for something to do on Saturday morning why not pop down to the Showgrounds and support the team."
