St. Patrick's Day Parade 2015

We enjoyed a hugely successful St. Patrick's Day Parade in Boyle. It provided agreat opportunity to generate awareness of participants and what they do in the community. Our Mooneboys, David Rawle and Ian O'Reilly led the parade this year alongside Boyle's three Sigerson Cup Winners, Tadhg Lowe and Donie and Enda Smith.
The weather was favourable and a huge, appreciative 'crowd' lined the streets on the parade ro ute. MC Mike Smith Jnr thanked the organising committee, all who participated and everyone involved in ths wonderful event. Prize winners were: Hi Ho Pensions Back to Work Scheme, Plunkett Home, Tullyboy Farm, High Nelly Goes to Hollywood, Under 16 BeaverS Cubs And Scouts, McDermott Ballet School and Best Shop Window, Magees Fashions.
