John Reilly plaque

A Plaque for the late John Reilly Traditional Singer will be unveiled on Saturday the 13th of September 2014 at 3pm at Bruno's Bar formally Grehan's Bar on the Cresent in Boyle. On the morning on of the unveiling Charlie McGettigan will have the Grehan Sisters and others on his Shannonside Radio Show speaking about John Reilly's life, so tune into Shannonside Radio on Saturday Morning the 13th of September 2014 at 10am. Lough Key Tri next Sunday

Sunday 7th September: Lough Key Sprint Triathlon 2014 attracts a large, countrywide entry of athletes. This race event features a 750m swim to Castle Island and back, then a 22km cycle around Lough Key and a 5km run in Lough Key Forest Park. The event will start on the foreshore at 10.30am as 330 competitors enter the water.
