Boyle Fire & Rescue Service say Thank You

Tommy wrote: A very successful Charity Car Wash was held last Saturday October 11th. Darren O'Flaherty, Mark McGovern, Martin Supple, Tommy Sheridan, and Gerry Kiernan would like to thank people who helped out: Paul Byrne for the donated advertising signs, SuperValu for the treats, Gerry Gunning for sponsoring the car shampoo, Sean O'Dowd and, Aaron Sharkey, Gary Neary, Dylan Thomas + Rourke for their extra hands and the Casey family for their help.
We have raised €2226 to date and thank all for their generous support for the Kyle Casey Fund. Very best wishes to Kyle and his family going forward.

What is BOB?

dawn_o_porter_688pic from Dawn's website

BOB isn’t a person, and it doesn’t stand for anything either. It is an iconic haircut of the 1960’s which is probably the reason its the hairstyle of the founder Dawn O’Porter, who has a particular obsession with this decade. Dawn’s love of fashion comes from the nostalgia of the past. She scours the earth searching for clothes that have impact and a sense of recent history. Wanting to spread that sentiment she created BOB Vintage - to make those pieces available to you.
... and yes, Dawn will be in Boyle next week with husband Chris O'Dowd
