National Tree Week

Ardcarne Garden Centre: "We are passionate about trees here at Ardcarne Garden Centre and as it's National Tree Week this week. We have an inspirational event taking place this Saturday with an illustrated talk on trees at our Boyle branch. We've also a Free Sapling to give away with each purchase on the day."

Irish Famine Summer School

The Inaugural Irish Famine Summer School will be held this June in Strokestown Park and the Irish National Famine Museum, Co. Roscommon. Lenten Retreat.

Ms.Carol Barry will facilitate a Lenten Retreat in Galilee Community on Saturday, March 14th. The retreat will begin with tea/coffee at 10:30am and conclude at 5pm. The theme of the retreat is “Freedom from fear, freedom for love. The Easter Journey…”

Girls Under 8 Soccer Group

Training for girls under 8 soccer group will take place this Saturday at 10am on Boyle Celtic Astro pitch.  Subs are €2 and girls should wear warm clothes and bring their own drinking water.

Boyle Community Games

The Handwriting competition will take place on Saturday 7th March @ 4PM in Boyle Resource Centre. It is for U10 (over 8) and U12 (0ver 10) as of 31st of July 2015. All participants must live in the Parish of Boyle.Entry is €2 per child. Every entrant must bring their birth certificate with them to the event.
All children to be accompanied by an adult.
