Charity Car Wash today, Saturday 31st May
Boyle Foroige Youth Club will hold a Charity Car Wash on Saturday 31st May at Stewarts Filling Station on St.Patrick Street. "We are requesting motorists to please come along anytime between 12pm and 5pm. Please support your local Foroige Club. Your donations will enable these children to learn many new skills."
Roscommon Youth Orchestra - Free Concert at 3pm

Yes, Boyle won last night, defeating Real Tubber 8-0 and became Sligo-Leitrim Super League Champions for the first time since 2001. Tony Conboy wrote previously: "Games are coming thick and fast as the season comes to a close. Boyle have done very well under the pressure of these fixtures." Well Boyle Celtic stormed to a mighty finish and have distinguished players and the Boyle Club as champions.
Shuttle Bus Service - Boyle/Lough Key Forest Park
 The Lough Key Visitor area is looking splendid. Lawns have been given an immaculate cut and the Visitor Centre has a new information desk.
Best wishes and congratulations to BoyleTM for initiating the Boyle / Lough Key Shuttle Bus service. The service is due to be launched today at 12pm on the Crescent. Buses will run twice daily 6 days week Monday to Saturday through the months of June, July and August. Pick up location: Crescent Boyle at 12pm and 5pm: Military Road, Boyle 12.10 and 5.10: Lough Key Forest & Activity Park 12.30pm and 5.30pm. Price: Adults €1. Children under 16yrs (must be accompanied by an Adult) 50 cent. Ticket price provides excellent value while encouraging visitors to visit both Lough Key Forest & Activity Park and Boyle town.

 As Boyle Celtic close in on the Sligo Leitrim Super League at the week-end here is the picture of the last Boyle team to do so in May 2001. It was captained by Aaron O’Connor who is in civies here due to a shoulder injury. It was managed by Michael O’Donohoe.
