BMS "Grease" - a personal review

They have done it again! Boyle Musical Society have produced a brilliant show and until Sunday night's final performance the cast will perform a spectacular musical nightly form 8pm with gorgeous Colour, spectacular Song and Dance, excellent Lighting with added Touches of Genius that drew gasps of appreciation from Wednesday night's Full House audience.
• Every year producer/choreographer Viv Moran and musical director Anne Kielty shape and mould a diverse group of amateur performers and in so doing, bring joy to our area, elevate Boyle Musical Society's reputation and inspire creative spirits to search, soar and succeed.
• Every year too, we realise that talent is an outstanding feature in this region of ours. Cast members from previous shows take a break for a few years and return again as their lives shift, babies are born and commitments draw in different yet the same directions.
• It would be remiss of me if I didn't single out some of the cast for special mention, but with that thought in mind, my feeling was that the entire cast, orchestra and backing singers, sound, lighting, backstage and front of house personnel are to be congratulated on jobs done exceedingly well.
• Stars that drew particular note: Collette Noone, Adrian King, Marc Egan, Grainne Caldbeck, Darragh Beirne, Gavin Ward, Enda Regan, Robert Reid ... but then I should continue to name the entire cast :-)
